RMAONE provides functions from repair analysis to repair quotation. Engineers can select the fault reasons and repair details created by your internal staff.

CSV process

Batch process data entry with CSV upload engine. CSV upload are allowed in client company, client address creation and product creation.

Warranty management

Real world warranty management, create exceptional warranty for any batch, lot or serial number. Create warranty per client. Manage sub-component warranty before and after repair. Have different warranty terms between "HQ to Branch" and "Branch to retail" and more.

TAT management

TAT system calculate the days past and days remaining for each RMA. With advanced visual design, it gives Admin and repair people a full picture of all RMA status at a glance.

Fault and repair management

Create centralized fault reasons and repair code with multi-currency prices so that your repair engineers can easily analyze the faulty products and choose from the pre-defined selections.

Email notification has default SMTP and pre-defined rules, however, it can provide the administrators with the tools to configure single or multiple SMTP(s), decide what events will trigger email notification, and who should receive the notifications.

Key in or scan any product barcode to know the product information or product return history. Get insightful data about every product to improve quality and customer satisfaction.

RMA reports

Create and RMA status report and RMA repair history report with various criteria such as client company, date and report fields.

Logs system

RMAONE records the system login history and admin action history. Logs can be exported and kept for your own reference.

Scan barcode and submit RMA

No more manual key-in. Your clients can use handheld scanner to scan the barcode of any serial number of main component or even subcomponent to submit their RMA list.

CSV upload RMA

Besides using scanner to submit RMA, client can also build up their RMA list first and upload the CSV file for submission.

Client Warranty Calculations

Clients can scan a barcode and RMAONE will find the product data in milliseconds with accurate warranty information thanks to our REFLEX Big Data technology. Admin can set the access level to the warranty information displayed to end-user or client.

Client sandbox

Client can build up their RMA lists from any device, anytime. The data is saved so they can continue working on the RMA lists without worrying data lost or changing computers.

Client RMA attachment

Client can attach one file along with their RMA submission, providing Admin information about the defect products or any additional information related to this RMA.

Direct capture and attach pictures

Client can take pictures directly from mobile or tablet camera right inside the internet browser. RMAONE will attach it to the exact RMA item. It will not even occupy user's device storage space.

Client Accept or Reject quotation
