DUGAA Reflex is not competing with or replacing your existing ERP, MES or other systems.

Through DUGAA API, you can bring your data from ERP, MES, and other systems to DUGAA Reflex. The data will be processed through DUGAA Limbo ™. Limbo is where the data gets sanitized. You will be amazed that how many errors, duplicates, mismatched data exists in any given ERP, MES and similar systems. DUGAA Limbo check file logical errors, duplicates across master ID, Serial numbers and more. After processing the data, Limbo pinpoints any errors in the blink of an eye and provides instructions and feedback to the admin staff about what the errors are and how to fix the errors.

When the data moves into DUGAA Reflex system, you can rest assured your data is in a correct format, there are no duplicates and most importantly, it will remain up to date.

Isolated vs Interconnected

Reflex is built ground up, cloud-first architecture with inter-connectivity at its core. Compare this with isolated desktop-first or desktop-only systems that were designed and built two or three decades ago where the Cloud was at its infancy. Today, companies may connect their systems one at a time using API's or third party solutions or sometimes manual export and import of data. This method may work but certainly is prone to error and have many limitations.
